ENEOS Holdings, Inc. is a Japanese global petroleum and metals conglomerate headquartered in Chiyoda, Tokyo, formed on April 1, 2010 as a core entity of the Mitsubishi Group following its predecessor company's merger with Mitsubishi Oil. The company employed about 24,691 staff worldwide as of 2012, ranked as the forty third largest corporation globally by revenue as of March 2013, and operates through three main business divisions covering petroleum refining and marketing, oil and natural gas exploration and production, and mining and metals.
