Endeavour Mining plc is a multinational gold producer headquartered in London that operates mines in Côte d'Ivoire, Burkina Faso and Senegal in West Africa. It was established in 1988 by a team led by Neil Woodyer as Endeavour Financial before diversifying from mining finance into mining operations in the early 21st century, growing significantly through the acquisitions of Semafo in 2020 and Teranga Gold Corporation in 2021. The company is listed on both the London Stock Exchange and the Toronto Stock Exchange, generated approximately 4.2 billion dollars in revenue in 2025, and is a constituent of the FTSE 100 Index; Ian Cockerill became chief executive following misconduct allegations against previous leadership in early 2024.
