Easynet

Easynet was a managed services provider that delivered integrated networks, hosting and unified communications services to organizations globally, founded on August 1, 1994 by David Rowe and Keith Teare from an office on Whitfield Street in London. The company expanded from its UK headquarters into offices across Europe, Asia Pacific and the United States, moving from internet access services into broadband and network solutions, and passed through several ownership structures including British Sky Broadcasting and private equity backing. Interoute acquired Easynet in October 2015 for 402 million pounds, ending the independent Easynet brand.
