Eagle Football Holdings Limited is a multi-club football ownership company established in 2022 by American businessman John Textor, headquartered in London with operations registered in Delaware. It has held stakes in clubs including Brazil's Botafogo, France's Olympique Lyonnais and Belgium's RWDM Brussels, and formerly held a significant stake in England's Crystal Palace F.C. before divesting to Woody Johnson in 2025; as of March 2026 its main creditor, Ares Capital Corporation, placed the UK holding company into administration.
