DSM-Firmenich AG, styled dsm-firmenich, is a Swiss-Dutch multinational chemical company that produces nutritional ingredients, specialty food components, UV filters, fragrances, flavorings, enzymes and human milk oligosaccharides. It was formed from the 2022 announced merger of DSM and Firmenich, treated by both parties as a merger of equals aimed at creating a leading nutrition and personal care ingredients company, which became effective on May 9, 2023. The combined company holds dual headquarters in Maastricht, Netherlands and Kaiseraugst, Switzerland, employs roughly 30,000 people across more than 300 locations in over sixty countries, and is organized into three divisions: Perfumery and Beauty, Health Nutrition and Care, and Taste Texture and Health. For 2024 it reported revenue of 12.799 billion euros.
