Drybrough and Co was a Scottish brewing company based in Edinburgh. The Drybrough family had brewed beer in the city since before 1750, and the business was formally established as a company in 1895 when it built a new brewery on a greenfield site in the Craigmillar area of Edinburgh. The brewery sold beer across southern and western Scotland and also supplied breweries in Northumberland and Dundee. It was taken over by the English brewer Watney Mann in 1965 and later passed to Allied Lyons, which closed the Craigmillar brewery on 23 January 1987, ending production.
