Deloitte

Deloitte is a multinational professional services network headquartered in London, founded in 1845 by accountant William Welch Deloitte, which expanded into the United States in 1890. Its current legal entity, Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Limited, was created in 2010 as a UK private company limited by guarantee, and the network is one of the Big Four accounting firms alongside EY, KPMG and PwC. As of 2025 Deloitte employs about 470,000 people across more than 700 locations in over 150 countries, generated 70.5 billion US dollars in revenue that fiscal year, and provides audit, consulting, financial advisory, risk management and tax services, with consulting its largest revenue segment.
