Deckers Brands, the trading name of Deckers Outdoor Corporation, is an American footwear designer and distributor founded in 1973 by Doug Otto and Karl F. Lopker and based in Goleta, California. Its brand portfolio includes UGG, Teva and Hoka, and it trades on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol DECK.
