CrowdStrike Holdings, Inc. is an American cybersecurity technology company based in Austin, Texas, providing endpoint security, threat intelligence and cyberattack response services. It was co-founded in 2011 by George Kurtz, Dmitri Alperovitch and Gregg Marston, with Kurtz serving as chief executive. The company went public on the Nasdaq in 2019 and joined the S&P 500 index in 2024.
