Craft Brew Alliance, Inc. was an American beer and cider brewing company headquartered in Portland, Oregon, established on July 1, 2008 through a merger of Redhook Ale Brewery and Widmer Brothers Brewery, later expanding to include Kona Brewing Company, Omission Beer and Square Mile Cider Company. It went on to acquire Appalachian Mountain Brewery, Cisco Brewers, Inc. and Wynwood Brewing Co., and by 2015 sales volume ranked as the ninth largest beer brewing company in the United States. The company ceased to exist as an independent entity in November 2019 when Anheuser Busch InBev completed its full acquisition, folding the portfolio into what became the Brewers Collective.
