Cozen O'Connor is a multinational law firm headquartered at One Liberty Place in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, founded in 1970 by Stephen A. Cozen and Patrick J. O'Connor. The firm operates 34 offices across North America and Europe, including major locations in New York City, Washington, Chicago and Los Angeles, with more than 1,000 attorneys and 2024 revenue of about 708.1 million dollars, ranking 77th on the Am Law 100 in 2025. It maintains a government relations subsidiary, Cozen O'Connor Public Strategies, established in 2009, and completed a merger with the Minneapolis firm Moss and Barnett in early 2026, adding more than 50 lawyers.
