Coca-Cola HBC AG, formerly Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company, is the world's third-largest Coca-Cola anchor bottler by volume, selling more than two billion unit cases a year across 29 countries in Europe, Africa and the Middle East. It was founded in Athens, Greece in 1969 as Hellenic Bottling Company, reorganized as Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company in 2000, and restructured as Coca-Cola HBC AG, headquartered in Steinhausen, Zug, Switzerland, in 2013. Its shares trade primarily on the London Stock Exchange, where it is a constituent of the FTSE 100 Index, with a secondary listing on the Athens Stock Exchange.
