Coca-Cola Europacific Partners plc, known as CCEP, is a multinational bottling company headquartered in Uxbridge, England, and is the world's largest independent bottler of Coca-Cola products by net revenue, operating in 31 markets. The company was formed in 2016 as Coca-Cola European Partners through the merger of the three main Western European bottlers of the Coca-Cola Company, then took its current name in 2021 after acquiring the Australian bottler Coca-Cola Amatil. It is listed on the London Stock Exchange as a constituent of the FTSE 100 Index, and its shares also trade on the Nasdaq, Euronext Amsterdam and the Spanish Stock Exchange.
