CK Infrastructure Holdings Limited (CKI), formerly Cheung Kong Infrastructure Holdings, is described as the largest publicly listed infrastructure company in Hong Kong, with investments in energy, transportation and water infrastructure across Hong Kong, mainland China, Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, continental Europe and North America. Founded in 1996 and headquartered in Hong Kong, it is majority owned by CK Hutchison Holdings, the flagship company of businessman Li Ka-shing, whose elder son Victor Li serves as chairman. The company has made major acquisitions including UK electricity networks from Electricite de France in 2010 and Eversholt Rail Group for 2.5 billion pounds in 2015.
