CK Hutchison Holdings Limited is a Hong Kong-based, Cayman Islands-registered multinational conglomerate formed in March 2015 through the merger of Cheung Kong Holdings, founded in 1950, and its main associate company Hutchison Whampoa. Headquartered at Cheung Kong Center on Hong Kong Island, it operates across four primary sectors, ports and related services, retail, infrastructure and telecommunications, in more than 50 countries, alongside other investments worldwide. As of 2021 it reported revenues of HK$280.8 billion and more than 300,000 employees including subsidiaries, and is chaired by Victor Li Tzar-kuoi, with Li Ka-shing serving as senior advisor.
