China Resources Power Holdings Company Limited, commonly known as CR Power, was incorporated and registered in Hong Kong in 2001 as a subsidiary of the China Resources Holdings conglomerate. The company invests in, develops, operates and manages coal burning power plants across numerous Chinese provinces including Beijing, Hebei and Henan, and is headquartered in Wan Chai, Hong Kong.
