The Chemin de fer Chatel-St-Denis-Palezieux was a Swiss metre gauge railway company whose line, opened in 1901, ran between Chatel-St-Denis and Palezieux-Gare. At Chatel-St-Denis it formed an end-on junction with the Chatel-St-Denis-Bulle-Montbovon line of the Chemins de fer electriques de la Gruyere, which was still under construction at the time, reaching Vuadens in 1903 and Montbovon by 1904; in that same year a line to Vevey built by the Chemins de fer electriques Veveysans also opened.
