The Chatel-Saint-Denis to Palezieux railway was a Swiss metre gauge railway company that opened its line between the two Fribourg-area towns in 1901. At Chatel-Saint-Denis it connected with the line of the Chemins de fer electriques de la Gruyere running toward Bulle and, by 1904, Montbovon, and that same year a separate company opened a connecting line to Vevey nearby. The Chatel-Saint-Denis to Palezieux company had a brief independent existence of only six years before it merged into its neighbor, the Chemins de fer electriques de la Gruyere, on December 20, 1907.
