Cepsa, renamed Moeve, S.A. in October 2024, is a Spanish multinational energy and petroleum company founded on 26 September 1929 and headquartered at Torre Moeve in Madrid's Cuatro Torres Business Area. The company produces about 34,400 barrels of oil per day and operates three refineries with a combined annual capacity of about 21.5 million tonnes, is owned jointly by Mubadala Investment Company, holding 61.36 percent, and the Carlyle Group, holding 38.41 percent, and has been investing in a shift toward sustainable energy including green hydrogen, biofuels and electric mobility, backed by an announced 8 billion euro investment program.
