CCC is a footwear company founded in 1999 by Dariusz Milek, headquartered in Polkowice, Poland, and described as the largest footwear retail network in Central Europe, operating more than 900 stores from Germany to Russia. Milek began selling shoes from a market stall in Lubin a decade before founding the company, and it grew into a full footwear enterprise spanning retail stores, e-commerce and manufacturing operations in China, Bangladesh and India. The company sells around 200,000 pairs of shoes a day, has posted annual growth rates near 40 percent, and runs a fully automated logistics center in Poland described as the largest of its kind in Europe, alongside its design and research and development facilities.
