Milek began selling shoes from a market stall in Lubin a decade before founding the company, and it grew into a full footwear enterprise spanning retail stores, e-commerce and manufacturing operations in China, Bangladesh and India. The company sells around 200,000 pairs of shoes a day, has posted annual growth rates near 40 percent, and runs a fully automated logistics center in Poland described as the largest of its kind in Europe, alongside its design and research and development facilities.
