CBRE Group is the world's largest commercial real estate services and investment company by revenue. It traces its origins to the real estate brokerage Coldwell, Cook and Co., founded in San Francisco in 1906 and later known as Coldwell Banker, and took its current name in 2008 after a series of mergers, including its 1998 combination with the British firm Richard Ellis Group. CBRE is headquartered in Dallas, Texas.
