Cape Breton and Central Nova Scotia Railway is a short line railway company operating in the Canadian province of Nova Scotia. It runs 256 kilometres of main line and associated spurs between Truro in central Nova Scotia and Point Tupper on Cape Breton Island; it formerly operated a further 157 kilometres from Point Tupper to Sydney, but service on that portion ceased in 2015.
