Cairn Homes is an Irish house-builder and developer focused on the Greater Dublin Area and other major urban areas of Ireland. Founded on 12 November 2014 and headquartered in Dublin, the company completed its initial public offering on 10 June 2015 and is listed on both Euronext Dublin and the London Stock Exchange. Cairn builds houses and apartments for private buyers and, in its most recent reported fiscal year, completed 2,241 residential units across 21 active construction sites, having also begun its first development outside the Dublin region, in Cork, during 2024.
