Brasserie Georges is a restaurant and brewery in the second arrondissement of Lyon, France, and the oldest brasserie in the city as well as one of the largest in Europe. It brews its own beer on site alongside serving Lyonnaise dishes such as the city's pistachio sausage, and it seats more than seven hundred guests, at times serving thousands of meals in a single evening during Lyon's Festival of Lights.
