The Birmingham and Henley-in-Arden Railway was an English railway company authorised by the Birmingham and Henley-in-Arden Railway Act 1891, which received royal assent on 28 July 1891. It built and operated a branch line about three miles long connecting Birmingham with the Warwickshire town of Henley-in-Arden, completed in June 1894. The Great Western Railway took control of the line in 1900, and it was closed on 1 January 1917 as a wartime economy measure.
