Bannatyne Fitness Limited is a British health and leisure company headquartered in Darlington, County Durham, founded in 1997 by Scottish entrepreneur Duncan Bannatyne. Beginning with a single health club in Ingleby Barwick, North Yorkshire, the company grew through new openings and acquisitions, including the 2006 purchase of the LivingWell Premier chain, to operate 69 health clubs, 45 spas and three hotels across the United Kingdom as of December 2023.
