Bank of Ireland Group plc is a commercial bank and one of the traditional Big Four Irish banks, established by royal charter in 1783 and headquartered on Upper Baggot Street in Dublin. The group provides retail banking, corporate banking, investment banking and private banking services, along with mortgages and credit cards, across Ireland and the United Kingdom. In its 2023 financial year the bank reported revenue of 7,817 million euros and net income of 1,601 million euros, and held total assets of about 165 billion euros as of 2025.
