Avianca Group is a pan-regional airline holding company with a registered office in St Albans, England and corporate headquarters in Bogota, Colombia, formed in February 2010 through the merger of the airlines Avianca and TACA. It is the second-largest air transport group in Latin America after LATAM Airlines, operating subsidiaries including the Avianca passenger airline and its regional carriers, Avianca Cargo, and the LifeMiles loyalty program across a fleet of more than 160 aircraft.
