Ashurst Perkins Coie is an American law firm based in Seattle, Washington, formed in 2026 through the combination of Perkins Coie, founded in 1912 as Donworth and Todd, and Ashurst, established in London in 1822. The combined firm operates 52 offices globally with more than 3,500 attorneys, making it the largest law firm headquartered in the Pacific Northwest, with pre-merger 2024 revenue of about 1.26 billion dollars at Perkins Coie alone. It provides corporate, commercial litigation, intellectual property and regulatory legal advice to clients including major technology companies such as Google, Microsoft, Intel, Meta and Amazon, as well as Boeing, Costco and Starbucks. The firm is also known for its political law practice and for successfully challenging a Trump administration executive order that targeted Perkins Coie in 2025.
