Asbestos Corporation Limited was a Canadian company originally established to mine asbestos, primarily open-pit mining chrysotile asbestos at Thetford Mines, Quebec. It is no longer involved in asbestos mining, but as a subsidiary of Mazarin Inc it continues to exist to exploit minerals in its tailings at Thetford Mines and to restore and develop its land holdings. The company faces multiple ongoing lawsuits over its former asbestos operations.
