Anta Sports Products Limited is a Chinese multinational sports equipment company headquartered in Jinjiang, Fujian, China, established in 1991 by founder Ding Shizhong. It trades on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange as a Hang Seng Index component and is described as the world's third-largest sportswear company by revenue, behind Nike and Adidas and ahead of Li-Ning, designing, developing, manufacturing and marketing athletic footwear, clothing and accessories under its own Anta brand, including Anta Kids and AntapluS, and through its subsidiary Amer Sports, which operates roughly 25 apparel labels including Arc'teryx, Salomon and Wilson. The company generated $7.7 billion in revenue in 2021, and as of January 2026 acquired a 29 percent stake in German sportswear brand Puma for 1.5 billion euros, becoming its largest shareholder.
