Air Liquide S.A. is a French industrial gas company headquartered in Paris, founded in 1902 by the chemist Georges Claude to commercialize a process for liquefying and separating air into oxygen, nitrogen and other gases. It grew into one of the world's largest suppliers of industrial and medical gases, serving customers across manufacturing, health care and other industries worldwide.
