Air France-KLM S.A. is a Franco-Dutch airline holding company headquartered near Paris, formed in 2004 through the merger of Air France and KLM Royal Dutch Airlines, the oldest airline in the world still operating under its original name. Both constituent carriers retain their own brands and hubs, at Paris-Charles de Gaulle and Amsterdam Schiphol respectively, and are founding members of the SkyTeam airline alliance.
