Aero Dili is the national flag carrier of Timor-Leste, based at Timor Plaza in Dili with its hub at Presidente Nicolau Lobato International Airport. It was founded on June 21, 2018, by entrepreneur Lourenço de Oliveira and began commercial service on August 30, 2018, with small Cessna aircraft on regional routes before expanding to jet service, becoming the first Timor-Leste-registered airline to fly international routes.
