Aero Contractors is a state-controlled Nigerian airline headquartered at Murtala Muhammed International Airport in Lagos. It operates helicopter services and fixed-wing domestic and international scheduled passenger services, air charter and third-party aircraft operations, primarily supporting Nigeria's oil and gas sector. Founded in 1959, it is now sixty percent owned by the Asset Management Corporation of Nigeria, with the remaining stake held by the Ibru family.
