A&O Shearman, formally Allen Overy Shearman Sterling LLP, is a multinational law firm formed by the merger of the Magic Circle firm Allen & Overy and the white shoe firm Shearman & Sterling. The combined firm has nearly four thousand attorneys across forty-nine offices and a combined revenue of about 3.4 billion dollars, making it the third-largest law firm in the world.
