21st Amendment Brewery was an American beer producer founded in August 2000 by Nico Freccia and Shaun O'Sullivan in the South Park neighbourhood of San Francisco, where it ran a brewpub and restaurant near Oracle Park before opening a production facility in San Leandro, California in 2015 with capacity for 150,000 to 180,000 barrels a year. The company closed in November 2025, citing weaker beer consumption after the pandemic, though Philadelphia's Evil Genius Beer Co. announced plans in April 2026 to revive the brand.
