Michael Saul Dell is an American businessman and investor, born 23 February 1965 in Houston, Texas. He is the founder, chairman, and chief executive officer of Dell Technologies, one of the world's largest technology infrastructure companies. In 2013 he led a buyout that took Dell Inc. private, and the company returned to public trading in 2018. He also founded the investment firm MSD Capital.
